How do I log in for the first time?

Select the "Create new account" link beneath the login box. Complete all required fields in the "new account" form and submit by selecting the "Create my new account" button at the bottom of the screen. So long as you have entered a correct email address, you will be sent an automatic email from "Brook Learn" to confirm your account. As these emails are computer generated, they can on occasions be viewed as spam. We therefore always recommend that you double check your junk mail for possible new alerts. Select the link within the email (or copy and paste into your web browser) to activate your account. You can now login to the site at any point, using the username and password you set up at registration.

What if I didn't receive a welcome email from Brook Learn?

The first thing to do is check your junk mailbox for a message from Brook Learn. Please also ensure that the email address you registered with is accurate. If you need any further assistance, contact the "technical helpdesk".

If you forget your username or password, simply select the "Lost password?" link beneath the login box. Here you can enter your username or email into the relevant fields and select search. If you have entered an email address that is registered to the site, you will be sent an automatic email with instructions to reset your login details. Please ensure that you complete your password reset within 2 hours of receiving your email, otherwise the request would have timed out and you will need to submit another lost password or username request from the site. If you continue to experience any issues with resetting your login details, please contact the technical helpdesk for further assistance:

Where do I get an enrolment key?

Enrolment keys are only for large groups where your organisation has bought you access. If you have a Gift Card or coupon, you can redeem these from the Brook website when adding the course to your basket. If you think you should have an enrolment code, get in touch with your organisation.

If you bought a course and it still asks for an enrolment key, please check that you created the order using that email address. If the email address is incorrect or you bought access for someone else by mistake please contact website@brook.org.uk

My certificate is showing the incorrect date or no date?

Make sure you have completed all parts of the course so that all progress bars are full and you have completed any post-course surveys. If the problem persists, it's likely that your progress didn't save properly. Try logging in on a different browser to see if the progress bars are full. If your certificate still shows the wrong date or no date, please contact website@brook.org.uk.

Why is nothing happening when I click on an external link or try to open a course?

First try allowing pop-ups in your browser. Check if your organisation has any pop-up blockers in place. In which case you may have to use a different network or device. If you continue to experience issues please contact the technical helpdesk.

How do I access my course?

Please note - if you chose to pay by invoice then you will only be able to access the course or lesson plan once payment has been received.

I bought the course myself – If you bought the course using your own email address, you can access the course you paid for by logging into your Brook Learn account. Once logged in, enter the course under the ‘My Courses’ tab or under the Courses tab on the menu. If you don’t have access but you have purchased access, please contact website@brook.org.uk

Someone else bought the course for me – Please check your inbox for a voucher from Brook. You can use this voucher to “buy” the course on the Brook website which will automatically enrol you. If you have a coupon code, please use this at checkout.

I have an enrolment key – Please create a Brook Learn account, click on the course that the key is for, and enter the enrolment key. If there is an issue with the code please contact training@brook.org.uk

Can I transfer access over to a different email address?

If you've moved jobs or used the wrong email when signing up, you can change your email address by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner and clicking 'profile'. Under here you can change the email you use to log in.

I've already completed the training once, is it possible to restart it?

If you start the course again from the beginning it will register as a second attempt and the progress bars should go back to 0. Once you've gone through the course a second time, completed all progress bars and post-course surveys your certificate should then update to show the latest date.
